The Paycheck Wizard Service is powered by ExecuPay, Inc. (“ExecuPay”) to assist you with payroll processing. This Service is governed by Execupay’s additional terms, in addition to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. In order to fully utilize the Services, you will be required to accept ExecuPay’s Terms of Service, which may be found here: http://www.execupay.com/legal-privacy-policy/.
The Paycheck Wizard Service incorporates features and shares information with Time Clock Wizard, Inc. (“Time Clock Wizard”). To utilizes certain features of the Services, you will be required to interact with Time Clock Wizard and/or create an account on the Time Clock Wizard website, which may be found here: https://www.timeclockwizard.com/. In addition, in order to fully utilize the Services, you will be required to accept Time Clock Wizard’s Terms of Service, which may be found here: https://www.timeclockwizard.com/terms-of-services.
Collectively, the terms and conditions from ExecuPay and Time Clock Wizard will be referred to as the “Additional Terms,” and those Additional Terms become part of this Agreement. In the event an Additional Term directly conflicts with any term in this Agreement, the Additional Term will apply to your use of the additional service instead of the term contained in this Agreement.
IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OF A USER THAT USES THE PAYCHECK WIZARD SERVICES, THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR EMPLOYER’S PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH APPLIES TO THE COLLECTION, USE, PROCESSING AND RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES OF USERS WHO SEEK ACCESS TO THEIR DATA, OR WHO SEEK TO CORRECT, AMEND, OR DELETE INACCURATE DATA SHOULD DIRECT THEIR REQUESTS TO THEIR EMPLOYERS.

Paycheck Wizard follows these principals in order to protect your privacy:
- We do not collect any more Personal Information than is necessary to provide the Services;

What Information Do We Collect?
When a User registers with Paycheck Wizard, information is needed such as the User’s name, company name, business address, contact telephone number and email address. When registering with Paycheck Wizard, a User will be required to provide the information above, as well as additional information. TO BE CLEAR, ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A USER ON THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO EXECUPAY BECAUSE THE SERVICES ARE POWERED BY AND INTEGRATED WITH EXECUPAY. All information collected and stored by ExecuPay will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with ExecuPay’s policies.
Certain portions of the Services made available through the Website require payment. To make any such payment through the Website, payment information will be required. Paycheck Wizard does not store or directly access any of your payment information or account information. Instead, Paycheck Wizard utilizes ExecuPay to process all payments. Paycheck Wizard does not have direct responsibility or control over your payment information or account information. Paycheck Wizard’s agreements with ExecuPay requires them to keep the information secure and confidential.
As such, Paycheck Wizard cannot and does not guarantee that the transmission of your payment information or related Personal Information will always be secured against access from unauthorized third parties. There is always the chance that unauthorized third parties will be able to defeat the security measures taken by Paycheck Wizard or the third parties we have contracted with. Paycheck Wizard makes no representations or warranties and assumes no liability or responsibility for improper access to or disclosure of your payment information or Personal Information due to unauthorized third-party access, errors in transmission, or other causes beyond Paycheck Wizard’s control. To help in this process, you should never share your username, password, or other information pertaining to Paycheck Wizard with anyone.
When a Visitor to our Website contacts us and/or requests information about Paycheck Wizard, we will collect the Visitor’s email address and other contact information so that we may fulfill the Visitor’s request.
